Ashley Reese

Ashley Reese

As the Kephart 180 Personal Trainer Manager, Ashley Reese knows exactly what it’s like to struggle with being overweight, unhealthy, and unhappy. In 2003, Ashley weighed 288 pounds at only 21 years old. He lost 110 pounds on his own, in his own way, doing all the wrong things to his body just to lose weight. After finding the Kephart 180 program, he discovered the difference between just losing weight and making the mental change of learning how to keep his body healthy. A former Greenville Firefighter, he knew he could impact people’s lives even more as a personal trainer, and shortly thereafter received his certification from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). Ashley’s personal weight loss experience is an asset as part of the Kephart 180 team, as he empowers other people to lose weight the right way the first time, and helps them live life to the fullest. Active in any and all sports, Ashley also received his Associates Degree in Business and Human Resources, and was married in 2009.
